Have you ever felt alone? Lost? Disconnected? Did you ever feel like you’re right but there is no way to prove it? No help? No support? Nobody there for you? I know I have…and still do…

So, this is for you! “The Disputer” is your tool. I created it to show you that you are not alone and that there is a way! Not an easy way, not a quick way…but still a way! “The Disputer” will not show my opinion but instead one possible perspective. Have a different one? Sure…then share it! Let’s share more perspectives that can help people like you and me.

Can one person make a difference? Of course, always! It might not be a big difference; it might not change the world. And I’m fine with that. Even if it changes only one life, that’s already a success in my eyes.

Some time ago, someone asked me why I wanted to advance more and more into higher levels of management…and I didn’t even think about the answer, it came up in a second: I wanted to be able to touch the life of more people, a bigger number, help more employees, support them, grow with them and improve their life. Then, I realized that the respective number will always be finite even if it's 2 or 10 or 1000. So how can I beat this? How can I try to reach further? Well…through you!

This is the story of “The Disputer”. This is the “how” and the “when” of its creation.
